Where to you ship to?
Currently theprancinghorse.co.uk will ship to almost every country in the world. There are a few exceptions to this like Indonesia. As long as your country has a postal service then it will be delivered there.

How long will it take to receive my package?
From the time your package is sent from here in the UK it should take about 2 weeks but 28 days has to have gone before it will be chased up. It depends on the country but Europe is about 4 days and North America takes between 1-2 weeks. I can send packages via courier to anywhere in the world using FedEx, DHL etc. There is an additional charge to this and it will be specified in the final cost. But as the UK doesn't use international couriers much then at the moment prices are still fairly high. Please enquire about prices.

What happens if my package is lost?
All packages are sent via recorded delivery. This means that someone will have to sign for it at the address specified before it can be handed over. It doesn't' t have to be you but someone currently at your address. If the package is lost and this is a very rare occasion then I will file an insurance claim and if they do say it wasn't delivered then a new package will be sent out to you free of charge.

How much is postage?
Postage is included into the price of the item. No matter where you are in the world, it pay the same as someone on the other side of the world. I don't make money out of postage as some other companies will do.

How can I track my order?
I will do my best to email you when your order has been received, made up and dispatched. If there are problems with getting the merchandise in from my supplies then I will email you and let you know when I expect the merchandise in.

Why don't you accept credit cards?
Because I run this site as a hobby, setting up a credit card facility can set me back a small fortune and currently not enough business is being developed for me to accept them. This could happen in the future though.

Can you explain payment?
First up I accept cash. This is a simple and fast way of getting your goods. Send cash in your currency and send it recorded delivery as then it won't get lost. When the order is placed and you tick 'cash' I will send an email with the currency converter for your country. Paypal is an online form of accepting credit cards. You need to have registered with them and provide them with your credit card. They will then do the transfer from your account to mine. It costs a couple of extra US Dollars for this service but again its fast. Finally we have checks and money orders. For both of these a additional $5 fee is added to the final amount because all UK banks charge a $10 fee to change an international check/money order into UK pounds. Sorry but its out of my hands. For these you simply write out a normal check or go to your bank to request a International money order.

How is your stock levels?
I do keep most items in stock but on some occasions some deliveries into me can run very late and they maybe delayed by over a week. If this happens you are notified and your item will be shipped out as soon as possible. All the team limited edition clothing is not with me but is brought in from a client in the UK but by the time you have sent the money, I would have the item ready to send out to you. Other items on this site come from America, Canada, Germany and Italy.

I can't find what I want:
There are some cases where people are looking for something in particular and it can't be found on this site. In this case I do have contacts in various countries that can hunt down something Ferrari or Formula 1 related. If you email me with your requirements then I will do my best to find it.

How do you obtain your items and why are they so cheap?
Items are obtained through contacts throughout the world, I myself don't have direct contact with Ferrari. The contacts have been all checked out don't deal in unauthorized goods. As for why they are cheap. I don't have a shop and I have another job so if I don't sell anything from here then I don't loose any money.

Do you offer discounts?
You can claim 10% off your order if you join the TPH Club. If you purchase more than 5 signed photos at once then I will offer a discount but this will be discussed at the time.
