If you have your PSP connected to your wireless network and you have firmware 2.0 (with a web browser). Point your browser to http://www.theprancinghorse.info/pictures/wallpapers/psp1.jpg

http://www.theprancinghorse.info/pictures/wallpapers/psp3.jpg
then put your cursor onto the image press Triangle and goto File / save image - you can then goto your photo folder and save as a wallpaper.
