Ferrari's Michael Schumacher has been given a penalty ahead of today's qualifying for the Hungarian Grand Prix.

The German driver will get two seconds added to each of his qualifying times after stewards deemed he had overtaken under red flags during this morning's practice session.

Championship rival Fernando Alonso was also handed a two-second penalty to be added to his best laps in qualifying after a flash of road rage in Friday's practice.

The penalties mean both drivers are unlikely to qualify in the top 10 on the grid at a track where overtaking is notoriously difficult.
