It ended 2-1 to Rubens in the ‘Vodafone Head 2 Head Challenge’. Thursday evening saw the Ferrari pairing of Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello at the Vodafone Arena in Melbourne to take part in an unusual challenge.

The two each captained a team of journalists for a series of games that started off with a spot of basketball and football, both won by Rubens. The German champ triumphed in the golf round before the teams moved on to a video-game competition. Here too Rubens came out on top to claim overall victory. Naturally, there had to be a podium award ceremony, one that was celebrated in true champagne style by all the players involved.
