Felipe Massa was on hand to answer a couple of questions in regards to why Ferrari had shifted there test out to the Middle East.
"We are under a lot of pressure but I will try my very best to get as many podium finishes as possible when the season gets underway," said Massa who finished 13th with nine points for Sauber last year before it was taken over by BMW.
"As a child I was a big fan of Ferrari and this is just great to be part of the team and it's a dream come true," said Massa.
Massa added that testing in Bahrain will be to his team's advantage as they try to get a head start on the other teams.
"We decided that to test in Europe would be of little benefit because it is so cold out there at present. We thought coming here would be an advantage," said Massa who did 91 laps in a Ferrari F2004 3V10 (restricted) and clocked the best time (1:30.039) on day three of testing at the BIC.
"It's been a good decision to come here. It has given us a chance to test our V8 engine which is better than the V10, which was used last year, as it is less powerful and allows more control," said Massa. |
