| Schumi speaks on first day test - 11th Feb 22:58pm GMT |
In the first day of testing of 2003 for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro, Michael Schumacher broke Fiorano record with the F2003-GA. Schumacher set a best time of 57”045, 0.431 faster then the previous track record of 57.476 seconds, established in last 12th of July with the F2002. “Gianni Agnelli would have been happy with this car and this team,” said Michael at the end of the day. “Today, we achieved a very good result with great reliability. I am very happy with this first day of testing.” Schumacher completed a total of 78 laps. The german driver will test again at Fiorano tomorrow. |
