Weather: air temperature 12/16 °C, track temperature 12/21 °C, cloudy in the morning then sunny.

Second day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Catalunya circuit, near Barcelona. Once again today, Michael Schumacher and Rubens Barrichello were at the wheel, continuing with a Bridgestone tyre development programme.

In a repeat of yesterday’s performance, the two Ferrari men once again topped today’s time sheet. Schumacher was quickest, having lapped in 1’15”465 (85 laps completed) and Barrichello set a time of 1’15”762 (65 laps.)

Schumacher and Barrichello continue testing at this track tomorrow.
