Fourth and final day of testing this week for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro at the Valencia circuit. Today, Michael Schumacher was the only driver in action for the team. In the morning, the world champion worked on rain tyre testing, carried out on an artifically watered and shortened track. In the afternoon, Schumacher concentrated on development of electronics. In total, he covered 53 laps, six of them on the shortened version of the At the end of the day, Michael commented: “Despite the adverse weather, we are happy with what we have achieved today, given that we have gathered some very interesting data.”

Schumacher will be back on track next Monday, 3 rd February, at the Circuit de Catalunya near Barcelona, where he will be joined by Rubens Barrichello.
