Ferrari launch on the 14th? - 8th January 21:25pm GMT

Abit of a bolt out of the blue but Ferrari plan to release there new Formula One car this weekend at Fiorano.

Although I say 'release', its all going to be abit low key. Unlike other years were the car is reveiled to the press with all the drivers and personnel present, reports coming out of the Italy suggest the car won't be available in the flesh.

Sunday will see Ferrari release various press reports and images for 2007 to the media but the car will stay undercover. The car will however make a private test at Fiorano on the 15th January behind closed doors. Its though that the final design will not be seen until the car has the covers removed on the Thursday before the Australian GP.

Sunday might prove a rather interesting and busy day so stay tuned.
