First day of testing of 2005 for Scuderia Ferrari Marlboro. Vallelunga, just outside Rome, was chosen as the venue for the initial outing of the year and Luca Badoer was the first of the Scuderia’s official drivers to jump into the car.

The Italian driver’s programme focussed on development of Bridgestone tyres and new electronic solutions. Badoer completed a total of 80 laps, the quickest in a time of 58''454.
